Logo and Website Redesign

Objective: To modernize the look and feel of a company's brand identity and create a more user-friendly front-end website experience.

Scope of Work:

Logo Redesign (see current brandbook attached):

-> The designer should create a new and modern logo that accurately reflects the company's brand image and values.

-> The new logo should be scalable and versatile, easily recognizable, and suitable for both digital and print use.

-> The designer should provide multiple logo variations, including the main logo and a simplified version for use on social media platforms

-> The designer should also provide the final logo in various file formats for different uses, such as PNG, JPG, SVG, and Adobe Illustrator (AI) format

Website Redesign (www.exe.legal):

->The designer should create a new and modern website layout that is visually appealing and user-friendly

->The layout should be responsive, meaning it should adjust its design to fit different screen sizes (e.g. desktop, tablet, and mobile)

-> The layout should have a clear and consistent structure, with easy-to-use navigation and intuitive menu structures

Deliverables:

->A new and modern logo in various file formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, AI)

->A detailed style guide for the new logo and website, including color palettes, typography, and other design elements

-> A sketch of the new website layout

Notes:

The designer should provide regular updates on their progress and should be available for any questions or feedback during the design process. The company reserves the right to make minor revisions to the final design and request additional designs if necessary. The Company retains all intellectual property rights.
