Creating your creation & participation steps
To create and upload your Creation:
1. Log in to your WeCreators profile
2. Click the +Creation section in the top right corner
3. Begin adding content in fields Content, Cover, Settings.
4. When you're done uploading your work, click Save.
From this moment you wait.
1. Master Creator, who puts together creators team for Calls implementation, will contact you with invitation – only if you are considered as a prospect participant. It’s entirely up to you in which projects you want to work, so you can accept or deny the invitation.
2. If you have accepted the invitation – you can submit an application to participate in the team’s role.
3. Now be patient till Master Creator will confirm your participation in the role you have applied for.
4. You will receive updates regarding Call’s status, process details and needed information from your team’s Master Creator.
Troubleshooting
WeCreators value your time and energy which are essential for the quality of your creation process.
We ensure safe communication with Calls owners and are ready to support you through all stages.
Creators can always seek support from their team’s Master Creators, as they usually have more solid and close contact with Call’s owner.
Both Creators and Master Creators are welcome to seek support directly to WeCreators.
My award or payment is late:
Firstly please check if you input your card information correctly in the issued invoice for the Call's Owner or that was provided to WeCreators, if your bank card is currently valid and if maybe there is an ingoing payments limit on your card.
Also, there might be a record of a pending transaction on payers bank – we recommend patiently waiting for the transaction 2-3 business days.
If all above seems to not be a problem – just feel free to contact us, we will help you solve this.
Call’s Owner is not responding:
Make sure you have checked your email’s Junk folder and notifications section in your WeCreators profile.
Have in mind, Call’s Owner needs some time for responding overall and while considering submitted creations.
Master Creator is not responding:
Make sure you have checked your email’s Junk folder and notifications section in your WeCreators profile.
Sometimes Master Creator might take some time to answer or send details regarding the project – this significantly depends on Call’s Owner too.
I have accepted an invitation but I’m not able to join the team:
Keep in mind that the invitation itself does not guarantee your acceptance to the team - only when applying for the role you can get an call to be confirmed and selected to the team.
Master Creator accepted completed Creation but did not change its status to ,,Approved”:
There might be an issue on Master Creator’s side – maybe there is an ongoing consideration process on Call’s Owner side which influences the whole status renewal process; in this case, we recommend waiting a bit longer.
This also might be just a technical issue – please do not hesitate to contact WeCreators either way.
SUPPORT FOR CALL OWNER
Uploading and managing Calls
To create and upload your Call:
1. Log in to your WeCreators profile
2. Click the +Call section in the top right corner
3. Begin adding content in fields Content, Cover, Stages, Settings.
4. When you're done uploading your work, click Save.
Shortly Creators will apply.
1. Admin will check all the info provided of your created Call and will make a contact to clarify all details and requirements, arrange contracting.
2. When the admin confirms your Call, you will be able to open the project and make it visible for Master Creators who will gather the team of creators.
3. For best creative result, make sure you are aware of Call’s stages and be prepared to communicate with Master Creator regarding tasks specifications if needed.
4. Material of provided work implemented by creators must be checked on your side as operatively as possible - your decision to finish the project will complete the Call.

WeCreators value Calls Owners time and effort, therefore we ensure safe and productive communication.
WeCreators are ready to help with any question in any stage - you can always seek support directly.
My Call’s deadline is past due but creation has not reached me.
Hope this never happens, but there would be such a case – contact Master Creator of your Call and inquire what could be the issue of such latency. Again, this is not likely to happen, but if it does and Master Creator is not responsive please contact WeCreators team.
I have issues or disagreement with Master Creator or Creator.
It does not matter if there’s a disagreement regarding the task, overall creation process, or even finances – just contact WeCreators directly.
WeCreators acts like an effective intermediary between both sides ensuring whole process consistency and smoothness by helping to resolve any occurring disagreements.
